Yes, but I don't believe in people demeaning others' beliefs. This applies to both sides of the spectrum, as well as anyone in between (although I find agnostics are probs some of the most respectful when it comes to this). As much as people may want to parade around and act as if they're superior to anyone because of their "valid" beliefs, the fact remains that nothing is set in stone, and one's faith is sacred. It says a lot about people's character when they judge others for choosing to believe in god. Likewise, those who criticize atheists for their beliefs are in the wrong.
That said, I'm not fully invested in a religion. I'd like to say that my beliefs lean towards certainty of a God, and by that I simply mean an all-powerful being. Also, I like to base my beliefs on Christianity.

It's a bigger problem in rural areas, yes, but big cities also have their work cut out as well and there's racism against whites too. There is no "reverse racism" because it's just racism.
Well the worst recorded comments tend to come from those groups, but liberals shouldn't act like their bases are exempt. Some of them just do it in a "nicer" way You would be surprised how many side eyes I give some of my 'true blue' friends for their I'm just saying remarks.

A big issue. We are now realizing that these years of supposed peaceful relations was just a band-aid. Now that the infected wound been exposed it's obvious that we need to deal with things again. As a whole, no America isn't racist. The majority of people are pretty fine when it come to race. There is certainly more ignorance and stereotype-basing going on though. Racism may very well exist strongest in the South. Obviously not all white people or Republicans are racists but it doesn't help their image that they host the most racists on their side.

I think it's racist but not as much as people want it to make it seem. Americans are too sensitive on racism. Literally no one in Europe would even think that the Unconditionally performance at the AMAs was racist
I met some Americans from Cincinnati on holiday. I was so scared at first because I'm of Pakistani descent so i thought they'd think i was a terrorist or something. They were old as well so I was expecting redneck racism from them but nope. I was wrong. They were the nicest bunch of people I had ever spoken to. Janet even tried to set me up with our walking tour guide . Completely changed my view on Americans and made me realise that although racism is prevalent there - not every White American is racist.

I don't think racism here is very prevalent art all. I actually think for the most part it is exaggerated, especially considering how society reacts to anyone being outwardly racist. Not saying it doesn't manifest in institutional ways.

It's not just the Republicans, there's racist liberals too, white feminist who only care for white feminism for example are racist. Many people (see: white people) like to think because they aren't lynching or in a white KKK suit that they aren't racist. But microaggressions are real and occur often, especially in my life as a black male. I believe all white people are inherently racist until they admit it and begin to actively unlearn all the effects of white supremacy. If you aren't recognizing your subtle acts of racism and trying to stop them, you are racist. No if ands or buts about it.

No not at all. Millennials have adopted a new form of racism. A more subtle hidden form, that allows them to really believe they aren't racist meanwhile racist thoughts are still looming subconsciously or not. I have experienced microaggressions such as people assuming I'm dumber than I am, acting surprised when I actually have life goals, they assume I only listen to rap, saying low-key rude remarks about black people, assuming my life has been nothing but struggle, etc... Many people create this narrative about me based off how I look. That is racist. I'm not complaining because I know how to deal with it and put these simple-minded fools in their place. But that's just the reality.
There probably aren't as many racist American's as people make it out to be. Any country with race minorities (of any race) is going to see racism, but there are definitely worse places than the US
