And if anything, the biggest comeback SINGLE would be Cher's single Believe in the 90's
Who else can go 3 decades without a number 1 single, and make a dance/pop legendary song that was number 1 like...everywhere. She was like 100 years old, and slayed the girls.

she made a good comeback, but not musically... Her brand is still popular, but no one is checking for her music. She;s still a powerful actress and buisness woman though

Jen is well deserved ! Haters gonna hate 'cause Jen made the greatest comeback. 
Love? didn't do great, because most of its songs were leaked months before its slated release, they were just rerecorded, and it was not well promoted. Plus, she didn't even tour, and we all know the tours positively impact the album sales. However, it has sold over 1 million worldwide.
The Emancipation Of Mimi era had better success when it comes to the "US charts" only, but let's be honest On The Floor ALONE was a bigger hit worldwide, even better than We Belong Together. Even I'm Into you was bigger worldwide than Shake It Off, Say Something, Get Your Number, Don't Forget About Us, So Lonely, Fly Like A Bird.
If Jen released the same amount of these singles, she would probably have another smash hit, but Jen is not the kind of artists who feel proud to release flop after flop, when something flops then she moves on.
Mariah usually does good in US, and flops in Europe, that's why Jen wins the greatest comeback, because all the researchers around the world are interested in her comeback. Just look at her facebook page, her fans have jumped from 1 million or something to nearly 8 million now, her twitter followers, from 8 thousands to over 4 million now in less than a year, and she doesn't even tweet like crazy.
Bref, we cannot know better than them, their judgement is based on internet searches, google, facebook, twitter, etc... not the charts, sales, awards etc... 'cause the media personalities aren't always fair. There are many legends artists like Diana Ross, Jimi Hendrix, Nirvana, Tupac and many other legends who never won a Grammy, that's a good proof about what I am saying. I don't care about all of that, recently Jen won the Latin Artist of the year and I was just happy for her, all the awards like Grammys or whatever aren't something special to me.
PS : I don't know why some people talking about Britney's comeback ? lol Britney never had a comeback album, but if you were reffering to Circus, that was released after Britney's meltdown in 2007, then you should all remember, even Womanizer (her biggest single from the same album) was not as big as On The Floor. Get your facts straight.
To someone who said, without Pitbull or American Idol, she wouldn't have a successful song. You should remember that most people don't even want Pitbull in this song. Concerning American Idol It's true that OTF went straight to #1 after the American Idol promo, but you should remember that the song peaked at #2 in US iTunes wthout American Idol and hit #1 in many European countries, Australia and other countries with 0 promo.
