This is exactly what's wrong with our 24 hour news cycle. Get actual information before you jump to get the first headline, which has proven time and time again to have little worth.
OMFG they are showing this guy on the news flat on the ground he looks dead. JESUS CHRIST. I can't. He is NOT one of the bombers from the pictures earlier. They think he might have a device strapped to his body and THIS IS ON LIVE TV.
Edit: He's not dead. But they aren't going near him. All the cops are around him but not touching him This is ****ing unreal.
I hope everybody is ok! This is all so ****ing terrible.
