There's just parts of one's culture that are sacred and aren't meant for others to touch. I mean I understand genuinely being intrigued by other cultures. That's a good mindset to have, but there's a problem one you take a piece of someone else's culture and try to pass it off as part of your own and I'm not talking about the n-word anymore. I'm talking about the numerous parts of other cultures that white people have taken and are often credited for.
in california, the filipino guys SWEAR they a n.igga
Some even called them selves a light skinned n.igga lmao
Oh it's not just California. Filipinos everywhere think they a ngga, and tbh they kind of are. They're the hoodest Asians out there. Filipinos slay though.
I never use it. It's so disrespectful to blacks even when blacks use it themselves. I think of it as a word of hate. This is what racist whites would call blacks all the time back in the 1800's and early/mid 1900's. I don't believe anyone should use it.

Speaking from someone who has a Filipino married into the family and a half black/Filipino cousin, they seem to be the only Asians who always associate with blacks . They love black people.

They really do. The Filipinos at my school mostly hang out with each other or black people.
But to answer the question, no I don't use it the 'n' word. I can get my point across without having to call someone a *****.
As long as someone isn't calling ME a *****, I don't care.
