I find it hypocritical that if it is Beyonce:
1. who's being in the headlines, even if it is a negative scandal such as the recent elevator scene,
she has impact.
2. who's being talked about by the media all the time,
she has impact.
3. who has a "memorable" performance (that has no purpose at all by the Hive's definition of real impact) such as the VMA's with her pregnancy announcement,
she has impact.
4. who has done a surprise release,
she has changed and revolutionized the music business, negating the fact that it has been done numerous times over and over again.
I didn't know that frontloaded holiday sales are the new trend nowadays, huh. 
I wonder if BEYONCE would even break 2M sales if it was released outside of the holiday time frame.
The Hive claiming the Army is insecure is quite ridiculous, when in fact it applies to them too. Both need to stop being too insecure.
But to answer the question, "It's Britney Bitch" is one of the most iconic catchphrase in the last 10 years. Because of that, my vote goes to Britney.
