Oh wait I forgot about weavile, looks like I will have 5+ 10's after all.

Low key after rating this generation, I take back all of the bad things I've said about generation 5. Yes there is an ice cream cone Pokémon, but there are like 15-20 Pokémon that are 10/10. Even gen 6, which has half the Pokémon of gen 4, I find having more 10/10 great designs. I appreciate those generations a lot more now

Okay I'm done rating

- my averages for legendaries was lower than 5 including a couple ones and a 0
- I gave 10 10's, 4 being ice and 3 being ghost and 3 couple darks, they truly won this generation
- my 11s went to talent and my 0 went to the strongest Pokémon in this rate
