Don't generalize. Some people (like me) wouldn't care just as long as it's a good movie. Be honest. It can be applied to anything. You don't go to a restaurant and check to see which race is in the kitchen fixing your meal, you go to be served with bomb food and hope for the best. Same with everything else. you don't go to the mechanic, grocery store, etc. and check which race/ethnicity is serving/attending you. black, pink, orange, whatever; they better be giving you the best service possible or you'll raise hell. Even when it's your own people. You're not gonna step back and say, "oh it's ok man, you're white like me so ****ing up my order/treating me like **** is not a big deal."
There are no justifiable excuses for racism. All you did was point out WHY businesses use it: because there are a lot of racist people in the world and they can make a ton of money off of them.
