Also, THAT is how you do a video that's tied into a movie. Don't just throw in clips, but make something that fits the artist's aesthetic and relates to the world the film creates.
In the late 90s, Fiona met two men that would become great creative collaborators: Paul Thomas Anderson, and Jon Brion. She dated the former, and wrote her next album, When The Pawn ... with the latter. It's a distinct change of pace, jittery, and without the hooks of the first record. PTA directed this btw!

Selena. Queen of Tejano Music. The true Mexican Madonna. Born in Texas, she started singing at age nine with her brothers in a band called Selena y Los Dinos. One of the first women to crack the heavily masculine world of Tejano, Selena left the 80s as the genre's undisputed superstar. Unlike most Tejano musicians, though, Selena was American by birth - English was her first language. She was poised to crossover in a big way, both in English speaking markets and globally.
