Guys IT IS RIGGED, EVEN FOR THE FAN VOTED ONES. Last year they showed who was in the lead for votes each year and avril was in the lead BY A lot for fav international canadian for 4 weeks but then justin announced he was attending and the next week they showed that justin gained a HUGE LEAD.

Britney was in the lead for 4 weeks for international vid by a LONG SHOT and then they rigged it on week 5 to show gaga was in the lead by a LOT and gave her the award as she was performing.
