Kelly still gets pop, Hot AC and AC hits. She's not the album seller she once was, but her last album almost went platinum. That sounds at least B-minus list to me. But personally, I would bump Katy up to B-plus and Kelly up to B.

Rihanna can't sell an album, she can't tour to save her ass, but she has a repertoire of hits that very few can rival and she generates more publicity and has more of a cultural presence than 72% of the girls in the game.
But is that all that matters right now? I would think that overall success plays some role. While I agree Pink isn't really a beast it comes to memorable hits her latest era was very successful. It also spawned her next #1 on BB and it ******* WW. Much more than any of Ke$ha's and Rihanna's recent material.
Too bad it's not getting her singles played at radio or her songs downloaded on iTunes or her albums purchased in stores.
