Guy Sigworth - probably won't work with her
Stuart Price - might work with her once she's more established (i.e. Madonna and Kylie established)
deadmau5 - will NEVER and I mean NEVER work with her

He has produced more poppier stuff, too. He's way more diverse than Dr. Luke. But I think this album should be a demonstration of Katy's talents as an artist and not so much about getting #1s with each single. She is not critically acclaimed at all, so this could be a chance to prove herself.

Yaeh....he's a stranger to pop rock.
And Britney and Kesha are both under RCA which is under Sony.
And like someone said, I think Kesha is already signed to his new label.

I'm sure Katy Perry and Dr. Luke will work around the situation, though.
They're going to record more records together, people. Calm down.

Oh he has? I've just recently started paying attention to producers. What other stuff has he produced?

What makes you think that?
The article clearly states that he cannot produce for any other labels anymore.
Katy's not an exception. In fact, the article even said he couldn't produce for Katy anymore.

So Dr Luke picked Britney and Ke$ha over Katy and Flo Rida.
Such a random deal. There are loads of producers with vanity record labels that are allowed to produce for anybody. RedOne for example, he's not bound to Universal Music artists.
Oh well. Dr Luke must have accepted an offer he couldn't refuse.
I'm sure though all his work for Katy's next album will be kept, including the Rihanna duet. Sony will just make an exception or demand some of Dr Luke's profits.

Here's a list of his productions:

His biggest smash is Adele's "Rolling in the Deep." Obviously, that's not going to work for Katy, but he has some instantly radio-friendly stuff. I liked the work he did with Cee Lo Green.
