Britney pulled Katy Perry numbers on her last tour. She will not be touring successfully in 2020.
Rihanna IS slowing down. Her tour is suffering setbacks, a multitude of poor headlines and reviews all point towards her heavy reliance on playback (similarly to Britney's Circus tour). Her album 8 tour will be Femme Fatale tour like.
