Beyoncé is not your child's role model, YOU should be your child's role model.

Beyoncé needs to keep her sex life private. No one wants to picture her having sex with Jay Z.

Beyoncé really needs to divorce Jay Z, to be honest. She can do better than that.

people never like to take responsibility so they point the finger at Beyoncé claiming she's a bad feminist when it's the opposite. y'all gotta stop subscribing to this Tina fey "I hate sexy women" feminism and get a grip

People rag on mature video games for the same reasons. Like damn can you raise your own kids instead of letting media do that for you?.

Personally, and I've said this before, the main reason this is an issue is because Jay Z is so unbelievably unattractive and the general public does not like to picture someone as beautiful and talented as Beyoncé having sex with someone like Jay Z. It's just not good imagery, not to mention Jay Z's checkered past as a rapper degrading women. The media didn't have a problem with Jennifer Lopez and her sex-driven lyrics when she was with Ben Affleck. The media didn't have a problem with Britney Spears and her sex-driven lyrics when she was with Kevin Federline (and Ben Affleck). If Beyoncé released "Partition," but was married to Michael Fassbender, this wouldn't be as big of an issue as the media is making it out to be. If Beyoncé wants to sell sex in her music, she needs to divorce Jay Z and marry someone attractive. This is the only solution available.

Bey is a grown woman and can sing/perform whatever she wants. Beyoncé the stage persona and Beyoncé the person are different. She's not sending two different messages.

Ridiculous argument. She doesn't have an obligation to do that. If you don't like it, don't listen!

Selena released come and get it when her fanbase is 90% kids and she got no backlash yet Bey who has never presented herself as a kid friendly pop star gets backlash for this, it makes no sense

Beyonce makes grown-folks music, and I love it. But if she truly wants to be kid-friendly, she should consider leaving the foreplay in the bedroom because trying to have it both ways makes parenting for some harder than it should be.
|
People that are finding the concept of "adult responsibility" difficult to grasp, shouldn't be parents in the first place.
Parenting is hard work? Woah, know knew.

This is quite interesting, I remember how rihanna was being called a **** by most bey fans because of her raunchy lyrics and her provocative videos and how they would say she's a bad role model, now bey is on the receiving end of criticism and all of a sudden parents should be the role models.
Anyway Beyonce has the right to sing whatever she wants, but it's amazing how hypocritical her fanbase can be when they are deflecting criticism

Beyoncé is a powerful woman. This is the same thing Madonna & Janet went through. Reason why it's not a big deal with other pop girls because their not powerful, they don't challenge or threaten the man. They don't own their sexuality, their not telling WOMEN to own it and showing women that your sexuality is powerful. The others like Rihanna, Miley don't have any purpose, they do just to do it. There's no message behind it. Why the GP doesn't make a big deal or controversy out of it. Beyoncé, Madonna and Janet sparks the attention. Why the GP makes a big deal out of it.

Can you bring up receipts where the Beyhive have called Rihanna a ****?
The Beyhive doesn't hate Rihanna just people like you who put words in our mouths. We all know that Bey has been doing raunchy waaaaaay before Rihanna and Bey has been called **** before, so please show me the posts.

Do you seriously expect me to go around loooking for posts by the beyhive calling rih a ****,they've done it before and anyone who's seen an argument from the beyhive concerning rihanna could attest to that btw I'm not saying all her fans do but they've done it before and yes Beyonce has been sexual before but you know damn well she turned it up a notch with her new album
Never before has she had a song like partition, I mean almost all the songs in her album have an innuendo or a reference to sex

You literally can't compare janet's and Madonna's scenario to bey's,at the time they were being bold with their sexuality,it was much harder for a female artist to go with no criticism for it,but now people are more accepting of female sexuality hence why Madonna is no longer criticised for her sexual videos, lyrics e.t.c

Ppl are a lil more accepting of female sexuality hence. Sure it's was harder back in the 80s even harder back in the 50s. There were women in the 80s and 90s who were sexual but none got the people's attention like Madonna or Janet did, there was a statement behind it. Just like none are getting the people's attention like Beyoncé. Its not some "oh look at me I'm young with a hot body". There's a statement behind it. She's bold with her sexuality, she owns it, she's in control over it. She's proud of it. One of the reasons why it's viewed as being empowering and others who are sexual aren't.
