I love Americano! It is in my top three from the album.
The song is completely ridiculous and chaotic so I can understand why many people dislike the messiness. But in my opinion, the craziness adds to the charm of the song. The song is meant to be a wild ride. She is running away from the law.
And I feel like the screaming does a good job at creating an angry mood. In my interpretation, the song is about the things Gaga dislikes about America, such as gay-right issues, immigration issues, and religion issues. The song is certainly all over the place, but in my opinion, it works beautifully.
