There were fans who couldn't get tickets the minute the they went on sale, that's why I made the thread. even livenation tweeted that and then corrected to 10 mins. this probably has to do with the fact that when you are about to buy a ticket, ticketmaster reserves it for you and if you fail to purchase them within a couple of minutes they release them again.
there might be some expensive packages left, but the point is that all of the regular tickets sold out in minutes..
To be honest, Rihanna is the most popular popstar (that's not Adele) in the UK - she could do Wembley Stadium for 5 nights, and it'd sell out each night.
It doesn't matter about how many hits Rihanna has. she won't sell concert tickets. People wanna see artists that will put on a show, whether it'd be Adele who is known for vocals, or Gaga who is known for putting on extravagant performances. The general public have already identified Gaga as a premier performer, and are willing to pay to see her live, whereas rihrih is just known for her radio hits.

Lol. what? I've never been to a Gaga concert but I can probably agree with you that her concerts are better than Rihanna's but Rih's tour tickets sells like hot cakes in the UK.
Also, that latter bit is most likely the reason why people want to go see her. She is huge in the UK and had numerous monster hits, why wouldn't people want to go see the artist perform them?
