It would not surprise me at all to see the Empire soundtrack get heavily-promoted to the 13 million people watching the show tomorrow night and snatch the #1 with a huge overperformance.

Last week Empire had 14.33 Million viewers, and with Andre's explosive storyline and Jussie Smollett coming out I think they'll easily have 15Million Viewers this week... Hopefully that translates into album sales.

The soundtrack is currently #2 on iTunes, it should easily snatch #1 after the show

I'm happy with 50k (TEA + SEA included) tbh, it'll be amazing if they do more

As a frame of reference, the first Glee soundtrack opened with 113k back when the show was getting 7 million viewers.
