Beyonce is definitely the biggest loser on the singles chart, especially the ironic Girls who (dont) rule the world.
Gaga is the loser on the album chart. Debuted huge, but fell out of top 10 after 5 weeks.

I don't think anyone was expecting much from Beyonce, so her lackluster follow up singles weren't really that disappointing.
Well, Gaga disappointed with Judas, but Edge of glory did great. 11 weeks in top 10.

I agree on Beyonce being a loser, but Gaga... not as much to be honest. Yes they both didn't deliver and failed to meet the high expectations (especially gaga), but Gaga is not a loser here overall.
