Those are celebrities and have tons of money to have surgeries or get botox. I mean in real life people don't look like that in their 40s.

Plenty do. I think you're used to seeing people in their 30s that look middle-aged, but most of us aren't. Jennifer Lopez hasn't had any surgery (maybe a nose job, but that's ages ago) nor has she had botox. Same with Gwen Stefani and plenty of others. Britney just looks older than her age, get over it.
None of them has aged good. Christina is getting fat and her face looks like she has lots of plastic survey. Britney looks like a 40 years old without photoshop but she still looks better than the other one. So Britney !
