Which is exactly my point. No one can actually legitamitely hate an artist without having actually stanned for them and familiarized themselves with every facet of what they offer publicly. Every outsider looking in who hates an artist is either aided by their despise toward that artists' fanbase or by an action by that artist that doesnt fully captivate what that artist is genuinely about. You need to get to know someone completely (stan) before you can say you either hate them or love them and actually mean it.

Yes, I loved GaGa in The Fame era.
Every artist needs to grow artistically and she did. And her music is still great. It is just the way she acts this era. The small things she says that can be taken out of context. She was still a little arrogant in The Fame era, but it is just more noticeable now, to me personally.

Hate is such an obnoxious and inappropriate word.
"Dislike" is the word that should be used.
The real << haters >> are the ones that won't even bother about her as if she doesn't exist.
How can you actually hate her if you spend your time following everything she does ?
A lot of people dislike her because of her music/image.
Others are just insecure about their faves  .

But to me, she seemed most arrogant and fake back in The Fame era. That is what I find really weird. The only things I dislike about her this era, is that she thinks she can do everything on her own.

First of all, I don't hate her. I just don't like her as much as I did in the beginning, and I'm disappointed in how she's turned out.
She's attention seeking now, which is strange since she was getting attention at the start without even trying very hard. She's turned herself into a gimic which is distracting.
She's become too political and serious, and that takes all the fun out of everything, which doesn't work for someone making pop records. She's talking about her music 'saving lives.' That's too much pressure. Just shut up and sing for gods sake!
She's grown too big for her boots, even those weird crabby ones from the Bad Romance video. Her ego is an incredible size these days. Kanye and John Mayer got the hate, and now so does GaGa. Although at least Kanye and John Mayer waited until AFTER they'd released at LEAST their second album to get an inflated persona...
She tries too hard to 'fight for the gays' and I find that offensive. Why is it okay to make a blanket statement or a blanket move like that? No one targets the straight market so obviously, so why preach so hard to gay people? It makes it seem like only gay people can listen to her music, because that's who it's for, it kinda ostracise's her heterosexual potential fans.
And her music is **** now. Her first album was fun and quirky without being completely 'try-hard-to-be-the-next-Grace-Jones-or-David-Bowie-or-Kate-Bush.' Born This Way is a terrible song, and Judas is painful to my ears. The only songs that resemble even slightly the music she made so well in her first two albums from the new album are Americano and Edge Of Glory. The rest is pretentious crap which lack catchy hooks and memorable melodies.
I'm hoping we get a third album from her sooner or later, and she goes back to TF and TFM eras in terms of music style and direction. And for gods sake she needs to just shut up and sing!

I don't hate her, I dislike her. Mostly her attitude and personality. Her music is fine, I like The Fame, I like some songs on the Fame Monster and some on Born This Way. Even though her music has been going down every era in my eyes.
I don't even remember how many personalities this woman has had, because she continuously changes. Her arrogant, stuck-up, cocky attitude disgusts me beyond words.
I don't believe this woman is genuinely nice, and genuinely ''Gaga''. I think she's obviously hiding something, but duh her fans are too much up in her ass to believe that nevertheless.

A lot of atrl members pretend to hate her while they wait for new threads about her to be able to say something negative. ..

To say one hates an artist because of their fans is utterly pathetic. In fact, to say one hates a particular fanbase is equally pathetic. I would accept someone saying they hate some monsters. But to hate them all? For what? The monsters who join online forums and comment on Youtube videos make up a minority of her total fanbase. At any rate, the majority of fans on this forum show no signs of delusion at all; at least, no more than any other fanbase here.

All stans are pretty much equally ridiculous, though I guess non-Gaga stans will deny this. I don't even think Gaga stans are the most annoying on this site, but I won't get into that.
