I've worked in the industry. This leak is contained pretty much to hardcore fans who will buy the songs anyway, the songs aren't even the final versions, and the reception to the songs is very positive.

It's not that bad. If fans were saying this material sucked and they wouldn't buy it, that would be bad. Its not an ideal situation, but its not worth writing paragraphs over. It doesn't make you any closer to Lana.

Not to mention anyone who's crying about it but participates in the "Lana unreleased song trade" is a massive hypocrite.

Lane did go successful in the internet/pirating age, so she shouldn't be to much worry about it.

When we got BTD the only songs we didn't have were Carmen and Lucky Ones.

The only song from these 5 that is confirmed to be on the album is Black Beauty.

you\re right, I wasn't a BIG fan back then so i didnt really know about any leaks, but again all the leaks were totally DIFFERENT from what they sounded like on the final version!

Black Beauty and Angels Forever are amazing. Hollywood sounds like something from the Drive soundtrack, perfect for the summer. Im liking JFK too. Starry Eyed is the only weak one imo.

Starry Eyed is very lyrically weak because the two verses are the same
