It's still hard to say though - just because she posted it a second after doesn't disprove that it isn't her. It just takes away the proof that it is. It's all up in the air. But the facebook itself is pretty damning.
I agree it could be her.
If you had a personal account you might not post anything career related until it was officially announced. Otherwise it would be pretty obvious.
