Madonna, Beyonce.
I know a lot of people drag Beyonce for "stealing" but her mix of old school 70's "divadom" (Diana Ross, Tina Turner, Donna Summer) with modern r&b/hip-hop make her pretty original imo. There's not really that many r&b singers like her, with a distinct style/sound/performance method and whatnot.

None of them. But the only pop girls on that list that haven't blatantly copied and plagiarised are Britney, Adele, Rihanna, and P!nk

Well ppl can brig up with Rihanna the whole s&m video and how it was similar to another photo shoot.
And janet fans can bring up how much dance moves brit copied
I think Pink & Adele are the only ones I never heard copied someone

This novel is so unnecessary.
But KI @ deluded Mariah stan. I'm sure the fact that your actual fave was influenced by mine is what really keeps you foaming at the mouth.
But, anyway. PLEASE. Please explain to me how a list of Keri Hilson, Britney Spears, Adele, Christina Aguilera, Rihanna, Pink, and Avril "wouldn't exist" without Madonna.
When Britney's biggest inspiration is clearly Janet.
When Christina is a vocalist.
When Pink and Avril are soft Pat Benatars.
When Adele is the white Jill/Anita.
When Rihanna has stated her biggest influences to be reggae and R&B singers. Like Bob Marley and Aaliyah.
When Keri Hilson is on the list period.
I'm just not getting how they wouldn't exist. By your logic Whitney, G0D, Celine, none of them would exist either.

If you're judging by who brings the most to the table with their image and their music of the bunch? Gaga and Madonna hands down.
The ones at the bottom would probably be Keri Hilson, Katy, and Christina.

Always playing the Xtina card? What a basic person you are. Xtina cited Mariah as one of her multiple influences, what exactly should bother me? I don't even care.  I clearly stated pop girls, I would like to assume you are clever enough to do the selection process by yourself without the need of it to be thrown at your face. I stated that all the pop girls (and some others) look up to the major standard who is Madonna. Absolutely death at you thinking Britney, Christina and Rihanna haven't been strongly influenced by Madonna. Oh, and...

Britney, easily. Her career is by far the least planned out and the most shocking. There's nothing about her career that isn't genuine.
