All the people in here acting like he did the right thing by killing that UNARMED 16 year old that was scared to death cause some man was following him around a dark street even though he was instructed not to..
I would be scared to death if someone got out of their car and started following me
My thing is, he should have never gotten out of his car and followed the kid. All of this could have been avoided. So, I'm not completely sure about self-defense here, even with all the information that was presented here.
Whether or not there's no proof of malice, I think that little hint will always stick in the back of people's minds, and that's why everyone will believe that Zimmerman didn't deserve to get off scotch free.
Thing is the prosecution failed to show that Zimmerman literally went up and killed Treyvon with intent of malice (racism). Does anyone actually have evidence that shows what happened during the confrontation? I don;t think anyone does. We all just assume he's guilty. The evidence proved otherwise.
Who knows if he killed Trayvon because of self defense or because he just wanted to? But I just feel really bad for Trayvon's family
Based on the way our system works, there was absolutely no way prosecution was coming out of this with a win. They couldn't "prove" he maliciously murdered Trayvon, despite knowing what we know. Unfortunately, jurors can't decide based on common sense. Sad day.
this too. and it's horrible, but seriously things like this have to have 100% proof.

People will always have that preconceived notion that certain people are more suspicious than others. Idk why that's so ****ing difficult for people to understand.
A teenager that was repeatedly beating his head against a sidewalk lol
The big question is WHY?
No one will ever know, but had Zimmerman stayed in his car and not followed the kid, he wouldn't have gotten his head bashed in. No matter what the verdict is, Zimmerman was not completely innocent.
It does not matter in the end. He'll live in fear for the rest of his life and God's judgement on him will be the final judgement. Good luck in the rest of your life Zimmerman, you'll need it
