its the first single from his EP "Im Not A Human Being" coming out sept.27

But if it smashes, it will prob be the first buzz/street single for Carter IV and will be included on the album, worst case as a bonus track. A bit like what he did with "Im Me", he put it as a bonus track on his album "Carter III"
