The British Band & their power. It grew on me. The song isn't heavy but it's a nice tune for them.
It's a funky electro jam from Hot Chip. It pleases my ears.
Rookie of the year & Drake did a song together. It sounds great during night time driving. *Why u wanna be my love, my love my love*. Hopefully the OVO guys will break out of the soundcloud realm eventually.
So funky & europhic. The French electro-house music serves its way.
One of the few bangers & top album tracks from Purpose. The feature could've been a bit better but the song still works for me. If the album was filled with more of these urban tracks, it'd be higher for me.
One of my highlights from Caracal. Not much I can say here except it goes off on my headphones.
Catchy & positive song from Marina. She just doesn't want to feel blue anymore. The relationship troubles can be related.
I'm kind of lowkey glad Dawn left Danity Kane to make her own music because I prefer it over the DK records anyway. Her vocals & drum-inspired production
Now i'm not generally a fan of Calvin Harris production but this song is enjoyable for me. The singer plays her part well.
The trap beat Tinashe is really enjoyable. Besides the feature which I won't even go into detail with, the song is a nice urban trip.
This song is one of the overlooked from Emotion but it's literally the 80s-inspired upbeat song that I don't even mind singing out loud. It's a highlight for sure.
I remember when this premiered at the Brit Awards and I was obsessed. I still think the Live version is better than the CDQ version. At clubs it's .
The bridge goes off & the Bass speaks to me. Nice collaboration all around between Kimbra & Big Data.
It's a relaxing slow tune from Blur. Underrated & inoffensive.
Yes i'm a Sparks fan. It's a guilty pleasure & a top pop song from Hilary. I'm not sure why it barely charted but I blame the public. If I turned on the radio and heard this song I definitely wouldn't change the station.
Fade Out Lines! Finally someone of appreciates that incredible song my favorite from this set!
How Deep Is Your Love is amazing too! and Sparks a nice song.

Avener's pretty groovy. It was late late year when I first heard their material.

Ghost Ship is so beautiful
It is beautiful, Probably the most chill track on The Magic Whip.
These sets I love My Love a lot. I'm pretty sure it's my most played song. It has everything. I really want them to smash. Too bad it wasn't the hit Tuesday was
Justin, Disclosure, Calvin, Hot Chip, Blur, Kanye, Tinashe, well I can't really find any flaw here.
If it is, those people that overlook it are silly, because it's easily one of the best from the album. I mean, it's so good that I can only really claim that RAWM is a "better" song.
Great Hot Chip and Disclosure picks! I love Blue and Marina so I'm happy to see it here. The Big Data/Kimbra song was one of my favorites from his album.
The Calvin and Kanye songs were both good one-offs for the musicians this year! Kanye where is your album... And I love Carly but I can't see what song was picked so I'll just agree and say I love it

Glad you like them. Hopefully Majid takes off early next year when his album comes.

It's in the top 3 for me.

Making The Most of The Night, which should've been a single imo. Big Data's song were also a highlight.
At 129 is Slowly by Dropout. A nice upbeat proximity dub-track with a chill vibe to it. I usually play stuff like this whenever i'm gaming. Not everyone is going to like the pitch changes but I don't mind it.
At 127 is Pure Grinding. The oldies inspired vocal inclusion + beat is enjoyable. It makes some great workout music. And no, Need For Speed did not bring me here.
At 126 is crosswords by Panda Bear. I personally love trippy music. Especially from Animal Collective & Co. The psychedlic vibe really compliments its video as well, which I advise to watch if you're in the mood for a ride.
At 124 is Cream on Chrome by Ratatat. I got into them when I heard Loud Pipes. Their music is a bit different but in a good way. Chrome is an enjoyable instrumental & great lead choice.
At 122 is Street Punks from Vince Staples. What carries the song for me is the beat. The song's theme is revolved around hood culture & goes hard for me.
At 121 is Tennessee Whiskey by Chris Stapleton. A nice blend of blues & country-soul. His voice is really pleasant & definitely deserves his nominations.
I think i'll do the album count after I finish with the songs just to stay consistent. I should be done with the song counts before new years, + there's still some albums that i'm that discovering.
I must say Bruno is an alright guy for having me vibing to this song during the early weeks of its release. I didn't mind it dominating the couple of months it did on the charts. If anyone can make semi-funk popular, it's him. I give credit for Mark Ronson too of course.
This europhic banger from the Drake x Future makes me feel a type of way. That outro where Drake just outright acts savage in a passive-aggressive sort of way is whew. *Ungrateful* *ya momma oughta be ashamed of ya*
