1) That's not a stereotype. The black was used to describe a certain portion. It's like saying "angry white folk." He's referring to the portion of the white folk that is angry.
2) Well pulling the race card won't get you anywhere. Just because you don't get a job, for example, doesn't mean you are qualified and you didn't get one because the employer was racist. MAYBE you weren't fit for the job! Who knew?!
