I agree, the general word of mouth/consensus that I've heard about this album is that it definitely doesn't live up to 21 or 19. They're still impressive, incredible numbers but I don't see 25 having very much longevity. Albums that are hyped and frontloaded (and not very good) don't do very well in comparison in the weeks and months after release.

How does the album selling 4.2M in two weeks make it impossible for it to have a poor drop ? A drop being poor doesn't depend on the amount : an album going from 150k to 100k has a better hold than an album going from 2M to 400k.

percentages are relative. Its easier for a massive number of sales to drop a higher percentage than it is a smaller number of sales. its logic.
