K, but why nothing is never official on ATRL?
No official scheduled date for the upgrade, no official scheduled time for maintenance, no official scheduled time for registration to be opened again.
I understand that the mods are busy with their own life (like the rest of us tbh), it's just very unprofessional to not set a deadline for your announcements.
A deadline can be postponed, but at least we'll have a date to look forward to, even if it's in 2017.
