She moves way too slow with her music, while she doesn't even primary writes her own music these days. I am almost certain that she could even do a pretty succesful tour if she had focused on the UK/EU, AUS and Asian markets the last 5 years. I mean even if radio did not support her in the UK, there are easy ways to push her through pre-orders. I feel people like Olly Murs and other UK artists would be delighted to jump on songs or do remixes for her to get some airplay or an extra push for her music.
It's a really sad case of a talented woman who time after time threw away easy chances to build a properly succesful career for herself.

Nicole just needs to keep building up her fan base in Europe. One album flopped, so what? As fans we're totally confused on what Nicole's career is supposed to be. At least with other pop artists we get an idea of what they're going for and their management is good. With Nicole, it's so disheartening and even mismanaged, and at many times random. What is Nicole doing under Epic in the USA? Is she really going to release an album there? The fact that Nicole doesn't even have a record label in the UK (and by extension, Europe), her biggest market, is ridiculous. I live in North America, unfortunately I know very well that people here are just not interested in Nicole and I'd rather see Nicole have a successful career in Europe.
Bad song and single choices is another big issue, I personally think "Whatever U Like" and "Baby Love" are the type of songs she should be going for, the shelving of "Her Name Is Nicole" totally ruined what could have been a really good starting song catalogue for her. Not to mention the countless unreleased tracks. What's the point of recording good songs if you're not even going to release them? Doesn't Nicole understand the power of having large back catalogue of songs she can actually sell to people as hers only?! All those unreleased tracks, what a waste, it seems she doesn't even have the rights to release those songs.
Someone should just leak all of the unreleased Nicole Scherzinger tracks in HD quality because there is no point in holding them back any more, what exactly is she or her management saving them for? To put it simply, Nicole's situation is different from other American pop and R&B artists and there needs to be adjustments in her management or whatever to accommodate for her "unique" circumstances. An American artist that is not popular in the USA who can do all sorts of genres, who has a big fan base in Europe and an untapped fan base in Asia and Latin America.
