Mmm, I agree. An experimental EP should be released
after a smash pop album, imo. The whole thing sounds like a terrible idea...if her introduction to the mainstream scene after a 2 year break is a song with The Flaming Lips, her hype could go out of the window...
But what do I know? Maybe it'll be a "Ashtrays & Heartbreaks" / "Fall Down" type of situation and she will get the #BestOfBothWorlds once again. Maybe the EP will become Legend M's 11th top 10 album?. Or it could give her a Grammy? A "Cheek To Cheek" tea.
(Sometimes I just want for her to play it safe for once and release a "Roar" / "Shake It Off". But then again, Legend M was kind of a visionary with "We Can't Stop" and her whole "urban" era - we were expecting a generic dance song as the lead single, lbr - so she probably knows what she's doing and doesn't need any advice from forum homosexuals or obsessive Twitter stans).
