Yes, but the quote I'm referring to was from an interview published in March 2011 (and written before then), which was over a year and a half before Red's release. She at least knew enough about Taylor then to show distaste for her supposed dating style.

Am not sure what the background of the conversation is but I think Adele has known and liked Taylor for quite a while. She seeemed quite excited about meeting her at 2009 Grammy's.
