The breakdown in "HIAM" is not random, the production builds and gets stronger throughout the song ACTUALLY. Get that correct. Your other examples are more on point.

And "Lies" is not "mostly dubstep". It randomly jumps into a pseudo-dubstep chorus. It is electropop ballad.

It doesn't get announced (or does it I don't know) but the chart is usually online by 7pm.

No, that was the Midweek charts. She obviously fell on Saturday and therefore landed at 11 on today's official chart.

Why is she so ****ing unlucky in her attempt to get a top 10 single in the UK? If only the song got top 10 exposure instead of in and out of the top 10 on iTunes when you combined the two versions.
