That alone is more than any of the promo Gaga gave her promotional singles. In fact, none of Gaga's promo singles even had promotion, unless you want to call Gaga's one-off performance during Radio One. Gaga didn't start performing Hair and TEOG until months later after the album came out and she went around the world promoting her singles.
Gaga shouldn't have even had promo singles, imo. If TEOG was never put out as a promotional single, the public's positive reaction to the song wouldn't have made Interscope quickly go from Judas to TEOG to recover from Judas' performance. That's what messed up the era's momentum.

You're delusional sis that's what i'm babbling about.
Now onto the promo singles. I mentioned Gaga's promotional campaign along with them, that's not to say that she promoted Hair and TEOG/MTN before the album but they were all released before hand. We even heard bits and pieces of Gov't Hooker and Scheisse before the album was released NOT to mention Judas. Two of those which by the time the album was released were singles already.
Gaga's campaign as a whole was definitely bigger and i'm sure it was tons more expensive. Where as Taylor performed at a few spots and has been able to reveal promo single after promo single witth almost effortless high chart positions.
And I don't care where Taylor is promoting her songs because the simple fact is that Taylor has been debuting and has had tons of promo singles chart high even before this era. So it's not like she's only debuting high because of the promo she's been doing.
