Sorry, this is like how I felt in FF but worse.
You're absolutely right.
And even if he doesn't count something that should be counted, he's only human and makes mistakes just like everyone of us.
He tries as much as possible to make this as fair as it can be so if you think an answer should be counted just nicely tell him and he'll look what he can do.
If a storm with the name you provided occurred twice or more between 2005 and now, and you didn't tell me which one you were referring to, you didn't get points.
