Ganon and Ganondorf are two separate characters. Ganondorf didn't actually come out till like the Ocarina of Time. The Zelda universe is very weird and just about all of the characters have different incarnations.

If we do get a Skyword Sword character, it is probably Ghirahim. Fi and Midna would have been better, but we do need more LoZ baddies!

Well Tiki's been in five FE games and Fi has been in one Zelda game.

That's got me thinking that good sis Anna got snubbed since she's been in every FE game and is an essential character.

There are some others like Zant, Skull Kid, again Groose, Tetra, but those are less likely imo.

Edit: Actually Skull Kid and Midna are assist trophies like Fii lol. Only Ghirahim and Impa seem plausible to me at this point tbh.

Impa is a Sheikah, and Sheik is already confirmed. Seems bleak to me :/

I would be here for Isaac, even though he's far from the best Golden Sun character. Chalis has pink hair and horns so she gets my vote right off the bat. Menardi and Saturos would be the closest we could get to actual Final Fantasy characters.

Not at all. I would just say the leak was from an early version of the game. If the sprite for Chrom was already rendered (which we can clearly see from that new smash), then it is possible he was at one time a character. We already know the roster changes rather often over production (it happens with every Smash).

Plus, 8/11 is more than good enough to be considered official and insider-worthy, imo.
