Im gonna need more Scream references though for the 2nd season. I just finished re-watching the Scream film series and its such an iconic film that had huge impact. And i kinda need that feeling back. Like, the victim kicking some Ghostface ass, Ghostface tripping and falling. And the soundtrack. The soundtrack is soo important to Scream. They should have used the songs from the originals.

I'm not sure Season 1 could have "referenced" Scream anymore if it tried. The characters are ripped from Scream 1 (With Audrey thrown in as a Kirby expy), the killer and motive are ripped from Scream 3, the ending is from KW's original Scream 4..
