That's not something a teenager would do. The video is more relatable to Primadonna just cause if you think about it, if you're living your life like you're in a play then there is constant drama, which is what a Primadonna would do. She's causing trouble in stores, running away, living without a care. There's also the fact that she's bringing along her lover and ruining the store with him, which relates to the lyric from Primadonna, "Would you do anything for me? Buy a big diamond ring for me? etc etc."

I see a Teen Idle more of an emotionally wreck teenager. She has super mood swings, acts on emotion and is yearning for popularity (hence the word idle) and the video doesn't really show that.
