Well one of the songs is obviously Substitute for Love or Nothing Really Matters, probably the latter.

Shall I give a little spoiler?
Eevee's right. One of those songs is eliminated in this set, the other is in the top 10.

It's more complex than that. Think about his books.

If SFL leaves tomorrow.
I'm requesting a perma ban for all those who got the song eliminated

Does one of the songs sample a Karen Carpenter song or something?

No, but (at least) one does share a title with a Karen song! (I haven't checked to be sure if any of the others do.)

Nnn, too easy. No.
The name of the song has something to do with the plot of one of the novels he wrote in the '80s.

No more,
Just know that Victory solidifies Janelle as the best vocally in this rate. But ya'll know that though.
Santigold wasn't even talked about for the first 60 pages and she's slaying for now

Not Christine.
And Victory's vocals do not compare to those on SFL.

This is literally my only upset in the rate so far. Upset Nothing Really Matters is gonna leave early and be overrated (cause lbr SFL is going far deservedly so).
