Lol. Just releasing a statement calling something a single does not make it become one. You have to push it by releasing a Digital EP with remixes which Beyonce has ALWAYS done except for "Party" and "Love on Top".

And I will say it again. Releasing a song to radio anywhere except the US does not make it a single. Not even a radio single. Because the US is the only country which combines both airplay and downloads, counting them as bullets.
