This reminds of that time when cops shot 46 times a mentally ill black homeless person because he was carrying a knife.

Yet there are multiple eye witnesses who said he fled AND SURRENDERED. Darren Wilson's actions were not self defense. What don't you get? It was not justifiable by any means. It was overkill. BY LAW you cannot do that. The fact that this case isn't even going to trial is a miscarriage of justice, period. From the DA's conflict of interest, the ever changing stories, and the physical evidence being blatantly ignored. Ferguson has a racist, corrupt system. Best believe 100% this case would've gone to trial in any other state.

Anyone, regardless of race, would dislike being blamed for something they didn't do. This case is a sensation. But this happens almost DAILY in the USA. I don't have receipts. As a black person living in a perpetual state of fear, I really don't need them. All I have to do is cross paths with a police man.
Also, 6 shots to anyone RUNNING AWAY wounded is OVERKILL, regardless of how anyone spins it. |

A significant threat of death or serious bodily harm...yet, when they made physical contact Michael only managed this BEFORE being hit by multiple bullets:

If you believe he "didn't have to" that's a no. Deadly force should be used in an instance when there is NO other option to prevent death/SERIOUS physical injury of civilians or an officer.
In his sworn court testimony, Darren Wilson's excuse for initially shooting Michael was that he was protecting his face with his left hand and did not want to sacrifice that blocking hand to reach for mace or his taser holstered on the left side. OK, I'll give him that, but at this point it's well established that Michael has no weapons and once shot, he began to flee and Wilson kept shooting. Once Michael was far enough away from him, he had other options to then incapacitate him if he felt there was a need once Michael stopped running when he did not stop firing shots.

I knew this would of been the outcome after finding out 7 of the jury members were white with only 3 black.

I'm sorry but whether you're black, white, asian, etc. when a cop tells you to get on the ground, JUST DO IT. Whether your guilty or not, JUST DO IT. The details will be sorted out later.
It's not law enforcement that's the problem here, it's the lack of respect for law enforcement.
The decision is the right decision.
