I don't know why but people have sky high expectations of her. This is her trademark style. Its nothing like other songs on the radio, and even if it is, its because other girls try to copy her style, not the other way around.

Yes the associations that I got when I looked at the cover art for MBOLK were red lips = torn heart and they also remind me of a red flower. Its just up for personal interpretations, which is always good.

My favorite cover art is for this song and for Family Portrait. FP doesn't have her on the cover either, but its still 50 shades of iconic.
Yes. I think P!nk generally has really good covers. I also quite like the Just Like A Pill cover, reminiscent of the Red Hot Chili Pepper covers circa By The Way era.
