I then did it for years for no reason, and only realised I what was happening 3 years ago. 
people can be in the same room as me and not realise what I'm doing. I've done it whilst sleeping in my parent's bed once. 
I've been doing homework all day because this is tech week for the show I'm in but I've been doing everything very calmly. I'll stop doing the homework now in case that's the cause but I don't see why it would be.
