That was one of the flaws of the old system. A song that got 12 points in jury or televoting but none in the other usually got 0 points combined.
So while Poland still got so many votes from the separate televoting this year, they barely would've gotten points in the old system
lmao at "Europe decides not to vote for us". when you were sending good songs u were getting votes. this is tragic.
