She just said in an interview she's taking a break from the UK so I don't think she's going to be ignoring the US. I think she should try to get work on TV hosting or something so she can get people to like her again and build a fan base.

I hope she will be able to keep the album a collective piece of work and I hope Epic/Sony realises what they can do.
They should remove some songs now for sure since the album is dead worldwide eitherway.
Just looking strategically, I would remove: On The Rocks and Girl With a Diamond Heart for good, maybe re-add Just a Girl as bonustrack.

Then the album comes to 8 tracks, if she would add 6 new tracks to the main album, I think she could lift the album to the right level, and add some instant-ness that the original album missed.

Aslong as she doesn't realise her strengths and as long she and her team don't jump on easy chances, she never will even have a minor hit there.

Whatever U Like could ahve been a major urban radio hit, yet they didn't send it to urban formats, just pop. Right There had so much cross-over potential, yet again they only aimed at pop.Don't Hold Your Breath never was destined to be a US hit, because it is too much eurpop. It could have been a #1 on the dancecharts, but that is not something amazing.

If she would just go for a hybrid of a up-to-date commercial urbanpop sound of Doll Domination, along with some of the more darker sound Big Fat Lie has. I think she could do decently enough worldwide.

The coming months will be interesting though. Because on one side there is no reason to beat the death horse that Big Fat Lie is, but on the other side it would be much cheaper for her label to just release an altered version of the album, because they already registered the songs anyway.

Yeah. She should release BFL and change the cover and stuff. Another US shelved album is gonna make things worse.

It's a pity.. She really deserves to be one of the top selling artists..

Nicole Scherzinger should just release a compilation album of all her singles and unreleased songs in the USA along with a new album, like a dual compilation + new album release. That way Nicole has a lot of songs to showcase rather than have all of the unreleased songs locked up in some storage doomed to obscurity or be taken by another artist. I'm honestly baffled why Nicole has held back releasing in the USA for so long when she has so much material. Nicole cannot afford to release songs as she pleases, no one is waiting or anticipating for her, if she wants success she has to take it and own it and make her detractors eat their own face.

That's the thing, Nicole has great unreleased songs and I'm baffled why they're not doing anything with them. I'm bitter that Nicole Scherzinger lost "Just Say Yes" which was released by Snow Patrol instead. It's a beautiful song and it would have been perfect if Nicole's version, the original, was released. Its unlike like anything other pop girls have released and she would've stood out. I can imagine Nicole being a pop-urban-rock crossover artist since she is so versatile. I'm just baffled at Nicole and her management, that's the only thing I can say after all that's been said and done.

Someone else said that she probably doesn't have the rights to release her old material since she's not on Interscope anymore. Besides, I doubt she wants to. She's the one who said she doesn't want to release any of it because it's not the right time anymore. She probably thinks the material doesn't suit the type of music popular now.

Actually, it was Snow Patrol's demo and they just took it back after Nicole never did anything with it. And I like Nicole's versatility too, but like others are pointed out, she needs a set image to sell first. Apparently it's was the sex siren PCD thing, but that's obviously not working for her.
