Bridgit is so nice!
The song is called Atlantis, she said she wrote it about feeling dead inside, feeling cold and the song is about trying to feel the warmth and find your soul I guess. I can't remember exactly lol.
The song is very chilled, but it's Pop however I can not say enough how much the production slays. The production takes the song to a whole nother level. She has grown and progressed so much as an artist and you can tell that by listening to just this one song

While getting there it was pouring down with rain so I was literally drenched. I managed to get there after going the wrong way and while waiting the water was dripping off me and I was creating a mini puddle. One of the people who works there said "The bathroom is just to your left" --- THANKS.
We get brought up to the room and they take our phones off us, we are allowed to choose where we sit and it's a very nice looking room. Two big windows to look out of and see outside (not a great sight to see to be honest) and there was a DJ who was playing some music while we waited. (Nothing great either )
So she comes in and she looked great! Wearing a simple black outfit which made her look petite but stunning! She joked about how Andre (I have no idea who he actually is) convinced her to wear it as usually she likes to dress "sloppy".
She goes around the room and hugs us all, thanking us for coming and when it's my turn, the first thing I say is "I'm sorry I'm really wet" and she replies "Oh no you're fine don't worry".
After some talking to us, she allowed the song to be played and within 10 seconds I WAS SMILING WITH HAPPINESS! The song finishes and tells us some information about the song and what it was about.
She even briefly spoke about her debut album and how she likes it and thought it was fun, but her music now is more authentic, more her. She explained when making her first album, she had no idea what was happening, what to do, what was right or wrong for her, she didn't really speak up much and put it down to not knowing, but now she does. Her first album, she learnt how to write "Pop hits", but now after going away and not trying to focus on getting a hit, it feels more natural and more her -- Which she loves!
So after a bit of talking to us again, asking what we liked, if we liked it and some other small talk about, she said "Atlantis" will be released in the Summer, followed by the EP shortly -- Which she has 5-6 songs picked for it.
We got our phones back and were able to take photos with her, but my god I honestly looked so bad because I was drenched in rain, my hair went from looking nice to looking horrible and I honestly was getting upset after I looked at the photos Thankfully I got a friend to go up with me after and this time I got a selfie with her and my friend, I look better in that one at least. But yeah, then we left!
It was great! She was so lovely and feels motivated and not worried about if the song or EP or successful or not, she just wants to give the fans music as we have been waiting four years!

We got to listen to it twice because a girl was late due to the weather and trains having delays, so she missed the song and only got to see Bridgit for about 20 minutes, I felt bad for her
I'm trying to remember as much of the song as I can, but it's so hard, if I had a notepad with me while listening I could have wrote some things down -- However, just know it's a really good song, the production is my favourite part. There's like a small beat break (is that the right term? Just instrumental, no singing), and the outro finishes with that too, but whew. It sounds so polished and if she had label support, I could see it becoming something.

AHHH I loved it so much! I can't wait for the song to be released! Bridgit was so nice!
I told her that Quicksand is my favourite song off her debut album and that the production on this new song was killer
