nnn that probably is just facial hair. This class focuses more on biological aging, so why cellular processes perform at a younger rate or an older rate which differs from your chronological age. For example, myocardial infarctions
Myocardial infarctions are a sign (not a good sign this day and age though) of old age because it's when your heart weakens to a lower capacity. Your heart builds up cardiac plaque which reduces the cardial flow and constricts the arterioles. If you want to exercise your body needs more oxygen and a younger person could easily conjur up the energy/oxygen required. If you are older, however, the flow is so low that your heart works overtime to try to get blood to the cells that need it. That kind of overworking activated your sympathetic nervous system (which heightens all activity) and activation of SNS requires oxygen too so this speeds up the process. Also because your blood pressure is high when flow is restricted you have a very fast but thin flow which ruptures your arterioles which leaks blood into your body, causing and even quicker flow until you suffer from a myocardial infarction because your body can't keep up with your oxygen demands. This can lead to heart failure in old people. However obese people who happen to be young also have plaque and this can happen to them too, so that's what this class is about. Finding out that, regardless of age, many people suffer from this and we have to find out why someone's biological age is much higher than their chronological age and how to prevent/reverse/inhibit the aging process.
