This is confusing.. SONY UK just tweeted about her performing yesterday and now this?
Is it possible for an artist to have a two different labels(which don't fall under the same umbrella) to represent her/him in different countries?

She was in the same label with a lot of 'hot' artists on Sony and Interscope, but we only got Sting, 50 Cent and T.I.

With Interscope she basically choose to do that though,
I mean HNIN was about to have almost every big rapper in the industry.

with BFL it was a different story, since she recorded the album inbetween label deals and basically had to do it with her own resources. If you want a hot and current feature on your song, you have to pay a sh*tload of money.

she signed with Sony globally, not Epic. So even if she is currently changing labels or whatever, she can still do the things lined up by RCA/Sony UK. I really believe the Epic deal for the US, wasn't such a big of a deal to begin with. I bet her Uk deal also isn;t like most deals.
The BFL had too many moments where you could see it was Nicole making the descisions, rather than the mindset of a commercial recordlabel. The single choices already prove that.

An artist can be represented by multiple labels or the same label in different countries, it depends on the contract. An artist can either sign a contract to be represented under one label worldwide or sign different contracts for different countries or sign a contract to to be represented under one label worldwide but have different labels for certain countries. It depends on the artist. This happens frequently and its all about whether the contract is good or not, it also has a lot to deal with distribution and promotion. Certain labels might not be good at promoting or not have a good distribution in certain countries so an artist will get a different contract, etc.

Also remember a recording label is different from a talent agency or a distributing company. Sometimes an artist will sign a contract that is a combination of all three.

I assume the BFL is officially over, since she has a new management, possibly new recorddeal etc.
She can only do two things at this point for her commercial music career.

01. Get the girls together and do a PCD reunion
or
02. Record a new solo album asap with some top notch people, producers etc. and get into a new era before the year is over.

But knowing Nicole, we will get a 3rd solo album in 2017
