For those who don't get the story:
It's a dramatic retelling of what actually happened.
Basically, I combined the 2 names mentioned in my entry because those were 2 names of characters that I had liked. My friend and I used to ~*~be creative~*~ outside and played games based off of various games/shows, and I went by 'Hugamari' for these games. Or.."my adventures".
Later, when I got older and finally got access to the internet, I was lost for a name to choose for myself. (I have an old youtube called inserthree and a pogo account called someguy432 ) It wasn't until I remembered the name I made up for myself, 'Hugamari', that I decided to make it my trademark.
That story...needed spicing up imo, thus the dramatic story. Basically, that story is the truth, but with a "fairy-tale" telling.
Oh, and the fictional land is pronounced U S of A

To be quite honest, I didn’t pronounce your name like Mmm, Minaj. I rather said.. M M Minaj which is awkward. That’s why I didn’t get what’s so funny about it… But it’s a clean looking entry, so that’s good..

That damn kiss of the lips at the end of your entry. It reminds me of the younger days when a female relative whom you haven’t seen in a while, goes in for a deep kiss with their red lipstick and leaves a stain. I remember the first time I saw your name, I always thought of it as the suttering Nicki stan. I then thought it was kind of cool because Nicki often stutters her lyrics for affect. I’m kinda upset my understanding of the name isn’t actually the inspiration for it, but the actual inspiration is nice. I don’t see the humor in the name, except with my original thought for the name, but that can come with the actual posts to then be associated with the name. It does stand out with the multiple M’s, I will give you that as well.

I like how it doesn’t really have a meaning, but then yet again I don’t like how it doesn’t really have a meaning. I’ll be honest; I was excited to see what the inspiration behind your name was. Now I’m a little disappointed. I was waiting for the ‘I use to love dancehall music and every time I heard it, it would turn me into a QUEEN.’ Your name already stands out and you have already made a name for yourself with it, so trying to switch it would be entirely pointless. I did enjoy and appreciate the testimony for another member about your name. It gave another point of view to how others see your name as well.

You showed a little more personality in your explanation, but it’s still lacking that pop of originality. Hopefully you’ll find it throughout the rest of this competition.

I will personally say I appreciate that you have acknowledged the fact that usernames have quite some importance in being a member, and the fact that your name isn’t entirely unique. While we’re being honest EmRiNavy isn’t that unique and doesn’t necessarily stand out from the rest, but you are on the right track. I think you could greatly benefit to a name change to Emri as it will still include the two artists that you love, but it could also count as a cover-up name. Emery, the name, is very unisex, so Emri can be the same way but with an extra meaning. I appreciated the meaning and your honest thoughts to your name.

God, I just want more! It is simple and to the point, but I just want more depth to the explanation. There are very few females here on ATRL and I wish this was stronger. I feel like you are trying to pass with your personality more than anything. That personality, this sort of bitchy personality, matches your username, but can be a true turn off. You barely sold yourself in the application portion, and now seeing this, makes me question if you really want to be in the competition.

Naming yourself after your favorite artist is only a slight step above naming yourself after your stan base in the memorability department, and it’s a couple of steps lower when it comes to originality. But you stood out to me from the moment you sent in an unsolicited mod application, especially with your flawless graphics. I’m glad you’ve rebranded yourself with an identity that could help you rise to become a top member. I would do a way with a couple of those descriptors, though; five is just too much of a mouthful.

So, Herpes, dammnit I mean Classy HERPES, how much are you getting paid for the three month Hermes plug in for ATRL? It’s honestly a nice name, but you said it yourself, people know you as NICKIMINAJ! You have constantly been changing your name, but you always come back to NICKIMINAJ. That says a whole lot. You don’t have to change your name to represent a new Journey, it’s all about your actions and the way your present yourself. Change perceptions based on the name, don’t change your name for a new perception.

The hearts do make your name stand out, but it does give a great bit of tackiness about it. It may seem cute, but it becomes a bitch for PMing you. Okay that was just me giving a hidden rant when trying to PM you for the challenge. I appreciate the progress of your name, and like I said the hearts do help make the name stand out, but I feel it could better. I would love to possible see it as jONE, I think that would be pretty cool and stand out… or J.ONE. One last thought, a username that included your name and two of your cousins… did ya’ll share the account?

I also love that you owned up to whatever shortcomings you feel your username may have without resorting to self-pity; your post had a disarming humor that genuinely made me laugh. It’s strange, though; you’ve always stood out to me as a member, regardless of where your username is “basic” and “uninspired.” Maybe it’s the signature blue font and attitude to spare.

Wait, first thought. A username called MiMiLamb on a forum about body building. WHAT!? Like I’m just imaging all the Gaga & Matty High School style bullying that had to go on in that forum with your name like that. Now, your name kind of has the same tendencies of that of Emri’s. However, I find that your name is perfect and doesn’t need to be changed. I am glad you have that personal connection with it that you do not want to abandon yourself with it. You have made a name with it and make it stand out with your attitude and personality.

In some minutes, we will find out who has been eliminated from the competition!
