The sequel won't have as much tension in between but the big escape scene is pretty similar to this one (like an hour of them trying to break out).

@Katie Sorry about that. Anyway, that makes sense about the spiders. I really liked the Saw series and WYR, but I never got so creeped out about them the way I did with this. Thanks for recommending it though. I probably would have completely missed out on it otherwise.
It's not a big deal. I figured the cat died (and there was the dog part too, didn't get notice on that one ) but I'd have rather not known the specifics. It's obviously not real but something about veganism doesn't allow us to separate real animal torture with fake. Not a big deal.
I just discovered The Collection at RedBox some random night last fall. I'm glad I found it as well! RedBox can be...in interesting tool.
Dogs dying in movies is a big no-no for me. I usually always go to http://www.doesthedogdie.com/ before watching a movie but for some reason I didn't this time around and of course I just did a search for The Collection. I'll be prepared this time around.

I've only seen Wrong Turn 4 (I know, terrible horror fan) and the ending turned me off sooo much that I refuse to watch the others. I like, can not mentally deal with those type of endings, it puts me into such an upset state and I'll be sad for the rest of the day.

I recently watched this movie called The Theatre Bizarre and it was really interesting. It's an anthology but it's not one of those ones that go bring down the quality of stories just to make them all connect at the end. The entire premise of the film is really eerie and each story is extremely unique. Not just unique between each other bur horror in general. There's one story that I'd love to see played out in a full-length movie. I won't spoil anything but I HIGHLY recommend it if you're into creepy, eerie stuff that'll leave you a bit confused. There's one "slasher" story and the balance between deep though provoking stories and more fun, wtf ones is nice too.
