Um, Ganondorf, I'm actually surprise they didn't announce his comeback yet... He is in though, for sure.
And as Eternium said, Impa is. I would appreciate her in the game tbh, she's pretty big in the series.
Ghirahim and Midna would be my personal choices. Fii could be cool, but she's already an Assist Trophy so no.
There are some others like Zant, Skull Kid, again Groose, Tetra, but those are less likely imo.
Edit: Actually Skull Kid and Midna are assist trophies like Fii lol. Only Ghirahim and Impa seem plausible to me at this point tbh.
